Schedule for Please Don't Leave Our Children Behind Day - April 18, 2007

a.m.                Morning activities organized by individual groups, or time used for traveling to Springfield

11:30               Register at Howlett Building and receive "heads" or "tails" designation. 

Obverse      HEADS:  

11:45 a.m.    Picnic lunch in the Hall of Flags in the Howlett Building.

                        Tables and chairs will be provided; each group should make individual plans for lunch.  In order to maximize time in Springfield, we recommend that groups bring a sack lunch.  

                        This is an excellent opportunity to invite your local representatives to come join your group for lunch.  This would give you a chance to get to know them. 

                        Please be prepared to move into the auditorium at 12:05, with lunches eaten and trash properly disposed of.  No food is permitted in the auditorium.  Someone will let you know when it is time to go. 

12:15 p.m.    Program geared towards the children present.  Speakers:  Julie Luck Jensen, Rep. Tom Cross and Phil Milsk.

Reverse    TAILS:

11:35 a.m.    Program geared towards the children present.  Speakers:  Julie Luck Jensen, Rep. Tim Schmitz and Phil Milsk.

12:05 p.m.    Passing period

12:15 p.m.    Picnic lunch in the Hall of Flags in the Howlett Building.
